As Executive Digital Producer of Banijay UK's newly-formed social department, I have been instrumental in bringing the creative and strategic vision for the team to life. My role has included everything from leading on creative strategies for a range of well-known titles and IP, such as Big Brother, Richard Osman's House of Games, Interior Design Masters, Would I Lie To You?, Pointless and more, to owning the whole resourcing process, bringing the best social freelancers and creatives on board to develop best-in-class social brands.
I've been a key point of contact for stakeholders, production companies, broadcasters and talent managers, acting as the bridge between high-profile show production and social media success. Everything from budgets to forward planning, creative ideation and content best practices, and content rights to compliance are part of my day-today, putting my 12+ years experience into practice to ensure gold-standard social output at every turn.
Leading a team of skilled Senior Digital Producers, Digital Producers and Digital Editors has been a key part of my role at Banijay, bringing my many years of expertise to guide and adjust strategies on a show-by-show basis. Under my leadership, our owned channels have gone from strength-to-strength, not just from a data perspective, but across the whole editorial output and channels look and feel.
